A: TEC4 Productions is based in Alfred Ontario, and we proudly serve all of Eastern Ontario. Contact us for details about servicing your area.

Q: How do I request a quote for my event?

Q: Do you provide full event setup and teardown services?
A: Yes, we offer comprehensive event production services, including setup and teardown for sound, lighting, video, and staging equipment.

Q: Can you accommodate outdoor events?
A: Absolutely! We have equipment and solutions tailored for outdoor events, including concerts, festivals, and community gatherings.

Q: Do you customize your services for specific events?
A: Yes, we cater to the unique needs of each client, ensuring tailored solutions to fit your event's requirements.


Rental Questions

Q: What types of equipment do you offer for rent?
A: Our rental inventory includes sound equipment, lighting systems, video gear, trusses and staging, event furniture, wires and cables, and various event supplies.

Q: Can I pick up the rental equipment, or do you deliver?
A: Both options are available. You can pick up the equipment from our location, or we can deliver and set it up for you. Additional fees may apply for delivery and installation.

Q: Do you offer training or support for using rented equipment?
A: Yes, we provide instructions and support for using our rented equipment to ensure a seamless experience.


Repairs and Installations

Q: Do you repair equipment that I didn’t rent or buy from you?
A: Yes, we offer repair services for most types of sound, lighting, and video equipment, regardless of where it was purchased.

Q: What kinds of installations do you specialize in?
A: We specialize in installing sound systems, lighting, video displays, and staging solutions for venues, offices, schools, and other locations.


Store Questions

Q: What products can I purchase from your store?
A: Our store offers a wide range of products, including sound and lighting equipment, video gear, trusses, staging materials, cases and racks, wires and cables, and other event supplies.

Q: Can I purchase products online?
A: We are working on adding an online store to our website. In the meantime, please contact us directly to place an order or inquire about available products.
